By using BarakahSoft.com or engaging BarakahSoft LLC for any service, you agree to these terms. BarakahSoft LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. Advertising & Sponsored Content Services

Payment

50% upfront, 50% on delivery
Payment via Wise, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer
Refunds within 7 days if content is not published (see Refund Policy)

Content Ownership

We own published content once live
Sponsor receives a permanent backlink/feature as agreed
No content removal after payment, except at our discretion

Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled before work starts
No refund after content goes live

2. IT & Web Development Services

This section applies to WordPress fixes, speed optimization, website design/development, SEO, AI implementation, and any other technical service delivered by BarakahSoft LLC.

Engagement Structure

Work begins after a deposit is received (amount specified per project/invoice)
Remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or proposal) before work begins

Revisions

Each service includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project scope
Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, communicated before work continues

Results & Performance

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, load-time figures, or other performance metrics, as these depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, third-party hosting, ongoing site changes made by the client, etc.)
Speed and performance improvements are based on conditions at the time of delivery; subsequent changes made by the client or third parties (plugins, themes, hosting changes) may affect results
We deliver services using good-faith industry best practices

Client Responsibilities

Client must provide necessary access (hosting, CMS, domain) in a timely manner
Delays caused by the client providing access, content, or approvals may extend project timelines
Client is responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly part of the agreed scope

What Happens if an Issue Can't Be Fully Resolved

If, after reasonable effort, an issue cannot be fully resolved due to factors outside our control (e.g., third-party plugin conflicts, hosting limitations, corrupted files unrelated to our work), we will communicate this clearly and discuss a partial refund or scope adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Tools)

This section applies to any software product, plugin, theme, or digital tool sold by BarakahSoft LLC, now or in the future.

Digital products are licensed for use, not sold outright, under the license terms specified at the point of purchase
Products are provided "as-is" with support and updates as described in the product listing at time of purchase
We are not liable for compatibility issues with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments not explicitly listed as supported

4. User Conduct

Don't spam or scrape our site
Don't submit false information
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarakahSoft LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services or products is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
